At Kazmhr Jewels, we strive to deliver your jewelry with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping options below:

  • First Class Shipping (5-8 business days): $5.50 for orders under $75
  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $9.50
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $40 (anywhere in the U.S.)

Important Details:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and do not guarantee specific arrival dates.
  • Kazmhr Jewels is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
  • We recommend double-checking your shipping address to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • For any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@kazmhr.info with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange:
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@kazmhr.info. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Discounts & Coupons:
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or stacked on sale items.

Refunds:
All sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged, please refer to the exchange or damage section for assistance.

One Year Warranty

Coverage:
Kazmhr Jewels offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers issues such as loose stones, faulty clasps, or other defects resulting from the production process.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Proof of Purchase:
    To utilize the warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  2. Photo/Video Proof:
    You must also provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect. This helps us assess the issue more accurately and expedite the warranty claim process.
  3. Exclusions:
    This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  4. Repair or Replacement:
    In the event of a covered defect, Kazmhr Jewels will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the exact item is not available, a suitable replacement of equal value will be offered.
  5. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our repair facility. Kazmhr Jewels will cover the return shipping costs for repaired or replaced items.
  6. Voiding the Warranty:
    Any attempt to repair the item by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
  7. Transferability:
    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  8. How to Claim:
    If you believe your Kazmhr Jewels item is defective and covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team at contact@kazmhr.info Provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photo or video evidence. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.
